Student Technology Fee
Improving the technology for teaching and learning at North Georgia
The Student Technology Fee is paid by all students enrolled at North Georgia. The Committee, whose structure must include a minimum ratio of 50% students, is charged with establishing procedures for requests, reviewing proposals for accuracy and appropriateness, and making recommendations to the President for funding.
Student technology fees support technology services for students including the help desk, student printing, academic labs, classroom technology, wireless, and more.
In addition, the Student Technology Fee Committee attempts to fund approximately $70,000 per year in support of innovative projects for teaching and learning.
